Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time

Order Processing – Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Order Confirmation – You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, including a summary of the items purchased and the shipping address.

Shipping Confirmation – Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days

Expedited Shipping – Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days

Overnight Shipping – Estimated delivery in 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM PST)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, carrier, weather, or other unforeseen delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Final shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages – If your package is lost in transit, contact us at maker@hitmakerhat.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

Stolen Packages – We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” but reported stolen. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

Damaged Items – If your item arrives damaged, email maker@hitmakerhat.com with your order number and photos within 5 business days of delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Hitmaker Hat Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
